I have been with Chung's Tae Kwon Do for 20 of my 52 years. My greatest reward as an instructor is teaching students how to excel to their potential in Tae Kwon Do.  My studies in martial arts started as at the age of 15, when I studied both Tae Kwon Do and Judo.  After a brief start, I needed to take some time away from training for academic reasons. Upon returning to Tae Kwon Do, I worked my way up to 4th degree, using those years as an instructor, to teach students how to achieve the same.

 

My motivation comes from the feedback I receive from the individuals I teach. Just knowing that I have guided them on their journey in Tae Kwon Do is rewarding enough. My profession away from Tae Kwon Do is property maintenance and management for a realty company.  My goal is to spend more time training myself to become a better instructor and most of all... to have fun!
